REGO-FIX to acquire Swiss based manufacturer GEWITEC

REGO-FIX AG has signed an agreement to acquire the majority equity interests of the Swiss based company GEWITEC AG.

GEWITEC is an established, global provider of standardized precision parts for the tool and machine industry and for OEM solutions.

“Working with GEWITEC offers large opportunities and synergies between the two companies, which share the same core values in terms of quality, customer service and Swiss made orientation. GEWITEC is a great fit to the REGO-FIX Group”, says Richard Weber, CEO of REGO-FIX AG Switzerland.

GEWITEC is headquartered in Kappelen, Canton of Berne, Switzerland. The company, brands and management remain unchanged. The core values and identity of GEWITEC shall be entirely continued as part of the REGO-FIX group.
