Purchase Terms & Conditions

Validity

These purchase order terms are valid for all actual and future orders. Other conditions are only valid if they have been approved in writing by REGO-FIX USA.

Prices

All prices stated are in United States Dollar currency. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Payment Conditions

All invoices are payable within thirty (30) days from the date of the invoice. Overdue invoices will be subject to an interest charge of 1.5% per month. On any debit issues, we will issue a credit invoice. Please do not submit a debit memo for credits. In addition, all fees for recovery of collection efforts and attorney fees may be added to all invoices applicable to collection efforts.

Claims

If any product needs to be returned, a “Return Merchandise Authorization” Form can be requested from Customer Service. Once a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is issued, a restocking fee will be assessed on the return item(s) according to the following schedule:

  • Within two (2) weeks from date order was shipped:
    • Minimum 15% restocking fee – if no equal or greater order is immediately placed.
    • 0% restocking fee – if an equal or greater order is immediately placed as a replacement for the returned item(s).
  •  After a two (2) week period but before 90 days from date of shipment:
    • Minimum 15% restocking fee – will be assessed on the order and deducted from the credit issued to the customer.
  • After 90 days from the date of shipment:
    • REGO-FIX cannot accept any returned merchandise except items with rare defects due to workmanship.

Please Note: Restock fees may be applied, or adjusted accordingly for products returned that require repackaging, cleaning, or have been damaged from improper cleaning or insufficient packaging.

RMA Validity: RMAs are valid for a period of sixty (60) days from date of issue. Products that are not returned by the end of the sixty (60) days will require a new RMA number. After the products have been received and evaluated, a credit memo will be issued for the RMA. Please do not issue a debit memo for RMA products, as it cannot be honored by REGO FIX.

Insurance

On any shipment over $500 value per carton, shipping insurance will be added to the invoice.

Delivery Time

REGO FIX will make every effort to make delivery within the confirmed delivery time. If for reasons beyond our control including, but not limited to, severe weather, work stoppage, catastrophe, acts of war, or other unforeseen incidents, a delay should occur, REGO FIX reserves the right to review and honor cancellations on a case by case basis. In these instances, REGO FIX shall be held harmless from any claims for damages.

Freight & Packing Costs

The FOB point for all shipments is Whitestown, IN. Costs for freight and packing will be charged separately on the invoice.

Shipping Time

Orders that are entered in our system by 4:30 p.m. EST will be shipped the same day upon request. This excludes freight carriers other than UPS.

Replacement

Any REGO FIX catalog item found to be defective due to workmanship for a period of up to one year from the end user’s date of purchase will be replaced at no charge. REGO-FIX cannot accept or replace tools which have been determined to be damaged by use. Tools damaged by misuse will be returned to original purchaser freight collect

Specials

All “Specials” must be quoted on a case by case basis and may require signed prints/drawings, and will be subject to a minimum quantity production batch as specified on the REGO-FIX quote. These items are non-cancelable, non-returnable, and subject to a +/- 10% over/under production run.

XL Holders, Modified and Tech Lab Service Items

  • XL holders are assembled products and are not stocked shelf items. XL holders are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
  • Any modified holders, including laser marking and RFID chip installation are not returnable.
  • Any tech lab services such as installations are not refundable even if the product is sent back for credit. Installed coolant tubes / pull studs will not be credited as they can’t be sold as new after installation.

Machine Warranty

All powRgrip press systems have a given warranty from 2 years to 5 years depending on model and registration. Under the machine warranty all parts and labor will be covered. Freight back to REGO-FIX USA is to be paid by the end-user of the system.

This Site has been established primarily for the benefit and use of REGO-FIX Tool Corporation customers and potential customers. Not all products or services featured on the Site may be available, and REGO-FIX Tool Corporation may change the products or services described in this Site at any time.
Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing paragraph, REGO-FIX Tool Corporation does not warrant that:

  • this website will be constantly available, or available at all; or
